Proportional pressure reducing valve

The pressure reducing valve controls output pressures from 0 to 200 bar proportionally to the adjusted solenoid current. The valve is used in applications where pressures must be precisely controlled independently of the input pressure and this in explosion-hazard areas of zone 1 and 2. Via the solenoid current, the proportional valve can continuously adjust pressures up to max. 200 bar and be used for volume flows of up to 25 l/min. The sophisticated armature bearings, together with the coated and precisely adjusted valve components, result in a very finely adjustable pressure with low hysteresis. The hardened and polished valve components result in minimum wear and guarantee a long service life. The external parts of the valve are zinc-nickel coated and therefore provide very high corrosion protection. To ensure optimum operation in the application, pressure ranges of 20, 80, 115 and 200 bar are available. The valve with the designation MPBPM22 is available as a 3-way function in an ISO M22 cavity. It is operated by a special solenoid coil, which meets the requirements for the application in explosion-hazard areas. A solenoid coil with integrated electronics is also available and enables setting and adjusting the valve at the factory.
